Attended seminar on renewable energy - electrification for rural development organised by The Institute for Development Studies (IDS) and Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) of Germany 0n 27 October 2015 at the Pacific Sutera, Ballroom 2-3, Level 2, Pacific Sutera Harbour Resort, Kota Kinabalu.
