Mesyuarat telah dipengerusikan bersama oleh YB Datuk Frankie Phoon, Menteri Kesihatan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat Sabah dan Pengarah KPDNHEP negeri YBRS Tuan Georgie Abbas.
